Welcome to a new future at Riksbyggen!

Riksbyggen is a cooperative company, which means we are member-owned and operate according to our four core values: Innovation, Security, Collaboration, and Sustainability.

We develop sustainable living environments by both creating new homes and managing properties. As one of Sweden's largest players in both housing development and property management, we serve housing cooperatives, companies, and public property owners. Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome with us.

Seasonal Employment in Property Management Falkenberg

With us, you make a difference

We are now looking for employees who want to work with property management, primarily maintaining outdoor environments for our customers during the 2026 season starting April 1st.

The tasks will mainly consist of rounds, resolving reported issues, weeding, pruning, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and planting. Some cleaning may occur as needed. Customer contact is an important part of the daily work as we constantly meet our customers out in the yards.

The job as a seasonal property caretaker is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work in a team, planning your days together and taking initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors, and you get to be physically active all day.

The mobile phone and computer are important tools where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and similar tasks.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you work in a group, it is very important that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. It is also important that you can create comfort and trust in your contact with the residents of the housing cooperatives. You are practically inclined and enjoy being active.

As gardening will be your main task, it is a requirement that you have previous experience in green space management. Education in green space management, landscaping, gardening, and plant knowledge is advantageous. Since we work with machines and battery-powered gardening tools, it is beneficial if you have some experience with machinery.

Riksbyggen strives for a balanced gender distribution and sees diversity as a strength.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.

We are hiring for the season April-September 2026.

Application and Contact

Please send your application with CV and cover letter to us via www.riksbyggen.se (http://www.riksbyggen.se) under Work with us/Open positions by 2026-02-28.
